Reservation Deposit: $50.00 (non-refundable if you cancel--transferable to another date)

Security Deposit: $250.00

Three (3)-Day Minimum Rental: $195.00 (example: pick up Friday 8:00AM, Return Sunday 5:00PM)
Daily: $60.00 (additional days past the 3-Day rental)
Weekly (7 Days): $420.00

Full payment is due at time of checkout; your reservation deposit will be applied at this time.

Cleaning fee: All units must be returned in the same manner it was received (spotless) as per cleaning checklist. If renter fails to clean properly the cleaning fee will be $75.00, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Absolutely NO SMOKING: any detection of smoke will result in a cleaning fee of $150.00.

Late Returns: If given 48 hours notice, and no other bookings apply; the $60.00 rate will apply. However, if you are simply late, $30.00 per hour late will apply to the rental rate.

Payment: All transactions will/must be made through our PayPal account.
